Iowa CCI takes action against Regent Rastetter!

Check out Iowa Citizens for Community Improvement's actions concerning Rastetter's conflict of interest. Here you can read the emails between Regent Rastetter and ISU officials regarding the AgriSol  agriculture project in Tanzania.

Teach-in Details

Join us for an Occupy ISU/Occupy Ames teach-in!
After AgriSol: Defining a University's Ethics and Interests in a Corporate World

Panelists include 
Francis Thicke, Carolyn Raffensperger, Adam Mason,
George Naylor, and David Osterberg, Matt Ohloff, Paul Johnson, among others.

Date: Saturday, March 24th
Time: 2 pm to 4 pm
Cost: FREE
Location: Ames City Hall Council Chambers, 515 Clark Ave., Ames, IA
Parking: Available at nearby lots and in neighborhood

The public is invited to attend. Media welcome.

Research partnerships
Defunding public education
Effecting change: a call to action!

Parking will be available in the parking lot East of City Hall, as well as in the surrounding neighborhood. Please note that parking meters will be in effect on Saturday.
